What's new in the world of cheatgrass control? The 2018 Rangeland Technology & Equipment Council workshop, New Approaches to Reduce Cheatgrass on Great Basin Rangelands, will explore the use of both weed-suppressive bacteria and new herbicides to control exotic annual grasses.
This interactive workshop is open to all and is part of the SRM Meeting kickoff on 28 January 2018 at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, NV. The workshop format will be a combination of presentations and panel and participant discussions with industry representatives available to provide product updates and answer questions.
The workshop is being sponsored by RTEC, the Great Basin Fire Science Exchange, and the Great Basin Society for Ecological Restoration.
