The Society for Range Management’s 71st Annual Meeting, Technical Training and Trade Show will be at the Nugget Hotel in Sparks, Nevada. The theme for the 2018 conference is Empowerment through Applied Science. Land managers and practitioners apply information from scientists and provide the bridge from raw science to applied science. This bridge provides the opportunity for testing, monitoring and mid-course corrections, not only to application designs but to the raw science itself. During the process, and with due diligence by all three groups working in concert, both the application designs and the science can be refined and improved.
Submission of Titles and Abstracts for ‘Technical Oral Sessions (20 minutes)’ and ‘Poster Presentations’ will open August 1. Abstract submissions will be accepted through September 22, 2017, with the goal of having the program finalized about November 1, 2017.
